Baseball and softball for home schooled teens
The first meeting for baseball and softball sign up with be Dec. 15 at the Community Bible Church Gym from 5-6pm. If you have a child who is 13 to 19 years of age and is home schooled, please come to the meeting and get signed up for Spring ball. to speak at JCJC
One of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the country will be speaking at Jones County Junior College. Rob Graf, Director of Endorsements for AdvoCare International, will make a presentation at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2, in the Home and Health Auditorium on the JCJC campus.
Admission is free and anyone is invited to attend. Coaches at all levels, people who work out and anyone associated with fitness centers are especially encouraged to attend. Graf, who has been with AdvoCare since 2005, was the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Detroit Lions from 1999-2001 and served in the same capacity at Texas A&M from 1990-92 and 1993-99.

Youth Basketball League forming, looking for coaches
