Laurel Christian High School recently chose its Mr. and Mrs. Laurel Christian High School for the 2007/2008 school year. Annie Yang was chosen as Miss LCHS. She is the daughter of Zhu San Yang and Yu Qin Jiang. While at LCHS she has been involved in cheerleading, soccer, basketball and tennis. She is this year’s Salutatorian. She has received several academic awards while at LCHS. She plans to attend Columbia University and major in biology or chemistry then attend John Hopkins Medical School to become either an OB-GYN or pediatrician. Andrew Morgan was chosen as Mr. LCHS. He is the son of Susan and Mark Morgan. He has been involved in basketball, soccer, tennis, and fencing. He finished fourth in the state on the National French Exam. He was also named LCHS’ STAR students with an ACT score of 32. He plans to attend Mississippi State University and major in biological engineering and then attend medical school.
