The Jones County Sheriff’s Department reported 189 calls for service, one accident, and 112 business/residential security checks June 24-25. The following arrests were made:
Bond, Micheal Adam, WM, 11/14/80, possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine
Bond, Teresa, WF, 12/27/66, possession of methamphetamine, manufacture of controlled substance
House, Jonathan, BM, 06/24/90, domestic violence, contempt of court
Payton, Donte, BM, 08/28/80, possession of marijuana more than 1 ounce, possession of controlled substance

The Laurel Police Department reported 110 calls for service, two accidents June 24-25. The following arrests were made:
