Science experiments motivate East Jones Elementary students

The fourth graders under the direction of teachers, Sonya Cranford and Cindy Reid, conducted experiments to discover how liquids affect solids when combined under various controlled conditions. Using milk, oil, and water, students observed and charted their results using the Scientific Method. Participating in this hands-on activity inspired students to look at our world through the eyes of a scientist.
