To the Leader-Call
Tate Publishing in Oklahoma City, Okla., has announced the release of “When Evil Prospers,” by author John Washbum.
The book is a political thriller revolving around a terrorist attack in Texas and the state’s reaction when the president in office refuses to form a plan for retaliation and/or prevention.
The book has received glowing reviews, and the author will soon begin a book signing tour throughout the state with radio and television interviews featuring the book.
“We are pleased to offer this new exciting Christian fiction novel and consider it to be an important book in defense of democracy and the values and faith that shaped our nation — values that need to be embraced again,” said Rita Tate, marketing director for Tate Publishing. “It is a page-turner from beginning to end, and most compelling of all, it could happen.
Washburn grew up in Richardson, Texas, and later in Raymond.
