Donna Sylvia Ellzey

Donna Sylvia Ellzey, 72, a native of Hattiesburg and resident of Mobile, died Monday, Oct. 13, 2008, at a local hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008, at Moffet Rd. Assembly of God.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Henry Ellzey of Mobile; two sons, John Meadows and Robert Meadows both of Mobile; two daughters, Eleanor Bivens of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Elaine Fulton of Mobile; one sister, Dama Lolly of Mobile; and nine grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make donations to the family.

Alvin (Tennie) Rhodes, 84, of Bay Springs, died Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at Jasper General Nursing Home in Bay Springs.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. this morning at Louin Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 until 11 a.m. this morning at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs, which is in charge of the arrangements.
