Fairl Aultman Bullock
Fairl Aultman Bullock, 95, of Seminary, died Friday, March 14, 2008, at the Hattiesburg Convalescent Home in Hattiesburg.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 17, at Billy King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Collins with burial in the Seminary Cemetery.
Mrs. Bullock was a homemaker and a longtime member of Seminary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Louis Bullock; grandson, Craig Bullock; father, John Q. Aultman; mother, Lessie Jane Napier; and son-in-law, Hoyt Holston Sr.
Survivors include her sons, Charles Bullock (Mollie) and Freddy Bullock (Bobbie), all of Seminary, and Jimmy Bullock (Doris) of Laurel; daughter, Janell Bullock Holston of Laurel; sister, Jessie Fae McPhail of Petal; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. this evening at Billy King-Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, which is in charge of the arrangements.
Geraldine Bush
Geraldine Bush, 78, of Laurel, died Friday, March 14, 2008, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 17, at the Chapel of Memory Chapel with burial in Union Line Cemetery. The Rev Kent Grice will officiate.
Mrs. Bush was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She loved her church and attended as long as she could. She was a life long resident of Jones County, where she and her husband owned and operated Bush Wrecker Service for 40 years. She was retired and loved life, and a good friend to everyone. She will be truly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband C.L. Bush; parents, Minnie and Melvin Holifield; and brother, Fred Holifield.
Survivors include a son, Michael Bush and his wife, Susan, and her sons David and Johnny; sister-in-law, June Holifield; three nieces and their families; and caregivers, Aezline Goodwin and Evelyn Byrd.
Pallbearers will be Jason Phillips, Johnny Wright, Joe Holmes, Tony Myrick, Ray Holifield, and Randy Carr. Honorary Pallbearers are Farley Goodwin and Ken Keyes.
