Jamerrill McGilvery, a grounds crew foreman at the University of Southern Mississippi, sprays one of many flower beds at the university’s All-American Rose Garden on the Hattiesburg campus. Planted in 1973, the rose garden is a popular place for new graduates and their families to take photos. Southern Miss will hold two campus graduation commencements Friday.
