Mr. and Mrs. Charles Reid Myrick of Laurel announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Danielle, to Justin Wilson Brownlee, son of Jackie Ray Brownlee of Laurel and Cathy Brownlee of Heidelberg.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Myrick of Laurel, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hearns Herrington. She is a 2000 graduate of Northeast Jones High School. She received an Associate of Arts Degree from Jones County Junior College. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in May 2004 from the University of Southern Mississippi. She received a Master of Science degree in nursing in August 2008, from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is currently an associate degree nursing instructor at Jones County Junior College.

The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Austin Brownlee, the late Willis Wilson Walley and the late Jewel Walley. He is a 2000 graduate of Heidelberg Academy. He is the owner of Brownlee Trucking LLC.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 5 p.m. Nov. 1, 2008, at Glade Baptist Church in Laurel. Following the ceremony, there will be a reception at the church’s Christian Life Center. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
