Jonathan Pigford of Michigan and Tanya Guynn Rogacki of Moss announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Guynn Pigford, to Edward Judson Ishee III of Stringer, son of Edward Judson Ishee Jr. of Stringer and Linda Brewer of Louin.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of James Pigford and Joyce Pigford of Michigan, Vesta Pauline Graham Guynn of Moss and the late Edmond Guynn. She is employed as a hair stylist.

The future groom is the grandson of the late EJ Ishee and Brenda Ishee and the late OJ Wood and Esther Wood. He is a graduate of Stringer High School. He is employed with Rowan Drilling Company.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 3 p.m. Saturday, August 16, 2008, at Landrums Homestead, Village Chapel. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
