Ted Alan Tolleson of Orange, Texas and Debbie Craig of Olive Branch announce the engagement of their daughter, Jaqueline Tareas Tolleson, of Olive Branch to Andrew Read Carter, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Carter of Ellisville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tom DeBlase of St. Charles, Mo. and the late Bob and Elizabeth Jo Tolleson. She is a 2002 graduate of Olive Branch High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in child development and Masters of Education in counseling from Delta State University where she was a member of the Kappa Delta sorority. She is currently employed with Compass Intervention Center in Memphis, Tenn. as the discharge manager.
The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Houston Read of Bay Springs, Helen Carter of Bay Springs and the late William Duke Carter. He is a 2002 graduate of South Jones High School and received his associates degree at Jones County Junior College. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accountancy from Delta State University where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. He is currently studying for his Masters of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi and is employed with CB Richard Ellis in Memphis, Tenn. as an Assets Services Client Accountant.
Wedding vows will be exchanged at 5 p.m. August 9, 2008, at the Desoto Civic Center in Southaven.
