— Charles and Edith Davis of Ellisville announce the engagement of their daughter, Robin Leigh, to S. Caleb Tarno, son of Brad and Tawana Tarno of Morrow, Ga.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Lewis and Mildred Davis and the late Otis and Mildred Robertson. She is a 1997 graduate of West Jones High School. She is a graduate of Jones Junior College. She received a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree from Piedmont College. She is currently a first grade teacher with the Henry County School District in Georgia.
The future groom is the grandson of Virginia Tarno of Columbus, Ga. and the late Warren E. Tarno, Thomas E. and Gladys Goss of Columbus, Ga. He is a 2003 graduate of Mount Zion High School in Jonesboro, Ga. He is a graduate of Gordon College. He received a bachelor’s degree from Columbus State University in Columbus, Ga. He is a sales representative for Johnston Seed Company.
Wedding vows will be exchanged at 2 p.m. June 14, 2008, at Indian Springs Baptist Church. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
