The ‘Main Event’

Photo/Amy Beets

Students from Jones County and Laurel G.O.A.L. classes, Correct Response organizations and TGIF students attended the ‘Main Event’ Tuesday at the Laurel Train Depot in conjunction with Red Ribbon Week. Students were grouped together and presented skits on abstinence, drugs and alcohol and the importance of making good decisions. They also enjoyed listening to guest speakers talk about the dangers and consequences of drugs and alcohol.
