Forty-two William Carey University students were named Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges for the 2007 – 2008 school year. The students, selected as national outstanding campus leaders, come from the Gulfport and Hattiesburg campuses of Carey.

Students are nominated base on their academic achievement, service to community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success. The students will be listed in an annual Who’s Who directory which was first published in 1934.

Students from William Carey University are: Noel Bigham of Ellisville and Joy Meadows of Laurel.
