United in Matrimony

— Myleia Shirley and Dr. Steven Holifield were united in marriage Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Chunky Baptist Church. A reception followed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Roger and Carla Shirley of Chunky and is employed with Central Mississippi Residential Center in Newton.
The groom is the son of Latrelle and Mary Holifield Sr. of Laurel. He is the pastor of Park Haven Baptist Church and a teacher at Oak Grove Elementary.
After a honeymoon trip to Gulf Shores the couple reside in Laurel.
