Dunnam, Barnes

— Mr. and Mrs. Cecil F. Dunnam Jr. of Laurel announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Brooke, to Christopher James Barnes, son of Chester Barnes and Debbie Barnes, both of Laurel.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Frank McLauchlin of Laurel and the late Juanita McLauchlin, James Smith of Laurel and the late Joan Smith. She is a counter manager at Lancome Belk.
The future groom is the grandson of Charles Barnes and the late Doris Ann Barnes and the late Joe and Jerry Bustin. He is an electronics technician with Baker Atlas.
Wedding vows will be exchanged at 7 p.m. August 9, 2008, at The Courtyard in historic downtown Laurel. Close friends and relatives are invited to attend.
