Blair LaChelle Smith of Laurel became the bride of Otis Blackledge of Waynesboro May 9, 2008. The bride is the daughter of Tara Holifield Brooks of Laurel and Charles Tate Smith of Flora. The groom is the son of the late Otis Walters and Janice Blackedge of Laurel. A reception will be held from 5 - 7 p.m. June 7, 2008, at the Glade Community Center. The couple resides in Wayne County.
