On Friday, May 9, The Reserve Downtown Laurel will be kicking off summer.
The restaurant is bringing the fun of summertime indoors with a special summer concert series, beginning with Beaches, BBQ, and Blues, a free weekend-long concert featuring Doyle Grisham of the Coral Reefer Band, Amy Chappell of Nashville Star, The Cowboy Blues Band from Collins, and the Atlanta-based Mike Watson Band, a Southern rock & blues group. In addition to world-class entertainment, The Reserve will be offering specials on their Seattle Ribs — a delectable house special, barbeque beef brisket, and twin pork chops.
Also beginning May 9, the restaurant will offer an Express Lunch self-serve bar to include Ouida’s Seafood Gumbo, spring mix and spinach salads, Grandma’s Chicken Salad, tuna salad, macaroni salad, and homemade pimento and cheese sandwiches for only $9.95, including beverage and tax. New menu selections will also be available beginning Friday, May 9. The restaurant’s new hours for the summer will be Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. until midnight.
To give Laurel residents an even better way to unwind after a hard day’s work, The Reserve is introducing The Balcony Bar that will feature tropical drink specials and Happy Hour every weekday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Balcony is expected to be the spot for Laurel’s young professional crowd — a relaxed and contemporary (never stuffy) hotspot for a martini or a margarita to take the edge off after a stressful workday. Catch the summer wave at The Reserve beginning May 9!
